Guest Code of Conduct

Welcome to your home in Cluj-Napoca! We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To help keep the space pleasant for everyone, please follow this simple code of conduct:

1. Respect the Space
Treat the apartment as if it were your own. Please avoid damaging furniture, appliances, or walls. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible.

2. Quiet Hours
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties, loud music, or gatherings that could disturb neighbors.

3. Cleanliness
Please leave the apartment in reasonably clean condition.
Dispose of trash in designated bins and avoid leaving food out.
If you've used the kitchen, kindly wash any dishes before you check out.

4. Smoking & Pets
No smoking inside the apartment. You may use the balcony with the window/door closed.
Pets are allowed.

5. Safety & Security
Always lock the door when you leave. Do not let strangers into the building. In case of emergency, contact us immediately.

6. Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Daytime visitors are allowed, but please be mindful of noise and building rules.

7. Check-out
Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
Please return keys as instructed.
